RETURNS

Please contact sonyeo[n] before returning any items.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for refund to your original method of payment. As all items are handcrafted in house and our atelier keeps only a minimum amount of stock, we can not offer you a longer holding time. Please note that original shipping charges will be excluded from refund and return shipping cost is on consumer and It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please make sure to include contact information with the return and, if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We strongly suggest you to get a receipt and a tracking number for the return package from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the shipment if needed.

If the returned products show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above conditions. All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks from the time of your return for the refund to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

  3. The product must be in its original condition.
  4. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will incur handling and administrative fees.
 

EXCHANGES

Please contact sonyeo[n] before exchanging any items. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item as description above and place a new order. To do so, we suggest you to contact us first to process your return, issue a refund, and check inventory in real time. Please note that original shipping charges will be excluded from refund and return shipping cost is on consumer and It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice.
