Shipping & Handling


Our atelier is not operating as "made to order". However, since we are a small atelier, we keep our stock at a minimum. Due to the intensive labor and high quality control, we do not rush to complete each product. While the stock is updated regularly on the website, if the item you placed an order for is out of stock, we will contact you and do our best to work with you.



We ship on all orders using USPS Priority Mail. We insure the value of the order, as well. We will email you the tracking number with the shipment notification.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and during holidays are shipped within the next 3 business days. 

If the product is lost or upon receiving you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us by using the button below.

For packages that are not deliverable and returned to the atelier, we will refund the cost of the item and reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the shipping and the associated administrative costs.
